By registering for Postify or using the service, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

Postify helps creators and brands generate ideas, copy, visuals, and publishing schedules for social networks. Features may change as the product evolves.

3. Account and access

• You are responsible for sign-in security and account activity.
• Do not transfer your account to third parties.
• Do not create accounts automatically or in bulk without permission.
• We may suspend an account if compromise is suspected.

4. User content

Your content remains yours. You grant Postify a limited license to store, process, and publish it to selected channels to provide the service.

5. AI generation

AI outputs are provided as is. The final decision to publish is yours — check facts, tone, and legal details.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Some features require a subscription. Pricing, limits, and available plans are shown on the pricing page at purchase time.

7. Prohibited actions

• Publishing illegal, hateful, violent, or discriminatory content.
• Using the service for spam, phishing, fraud, or attacks.
• Interfering with infrastructure, bypassing limits, or reverse-engineering internal APIs.
• Presenting AI content as direct quotes from real people without consent.

8. Intellectual property

The Postify brand, design, source code, documentation, and marketing materials belong to Postify and are protected by law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account in settings. Postify may suspend or delete accounts for serious or repeated violations.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by law.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in advance by email and/or inside the product.
